How long until I see results?
For best results, we recommend using Vytal consistently for at least 60 days. Many customers notice subtle improvements like reduced puffiness or lighter legs within the first 2–3 weeks, but deeper issues such as chronic swelling or lipedema may take the full 4–6 weeks of daily use.
How do I take it?
Take two capsules once daily with a meal and a full glass of water. That’s it.
Is this safe to take long-term?
Yes. Every ingredient in Vytal is plant-based, non-GMO, and has a well-established safety profile. There are no harsh chemicals, no synthetic diuretics, and no risk of dependency.
Will this interact with my medication?
If you are taking prescription diuretics, blood thinners, or immunosuppressants, check with your doctor before starting. Ingredients like dandelion and cleavers have mild diuretic properties that may amplify certain medications.
How is this different from compression socks or lymphatic massage?
Compression socks provide temporary relief — fluid returns once they’re removed. Massage moves lymph manually but can cost £80+ per session and wears off quickly. Vytal supports your body’s natural lymphatic drainage from the inside, every single day.
Can I take this if I have lipedema or lymphedema?
Yes. Many customers with lipedema or lymphedema use Vytal alongside their existing treatment. It is not a medical treatment and does not replace professional care, but the ingredients have been studied for lymphatic support.
Is Vytal safe and quality tested?
Yes. Vytal is formulated to UK standards and manufactured in a GMP-certified facility. Every batch is third-party tested for purity and potency. Non-GMO, no fillers, no artificial additives.
Where do you ship?
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not currently available.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery within the UK takes 14-21 days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
My order hasn’t shipped yet — what’s happening?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders after 2pm, on weekends, or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

My order hasn’t arrived and it’s been over 7 working days — what do I do?

If tracking shows no movement for over 48 hours, or the issue persists, email support@vytal-wellness.com with your order number. We’ll liaise with the courier promptly.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email support@vytal-wellness.com immediately with your order number and the requested change.
Once dispatched, we are unable to amend the order.
What is your returns policy?
We have a hybrid policy to make things simple and fair:
