We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 60 days of the delivery date.

This is a satisfaction guarantee. It is based on whether you are happy with your purchase — not on any specific health or wellness outcome. Vytal is a food supplement; like all supplements, it is not guaranteed to produce particular results, and individual experiences vary.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 60-day guarantee:

  1. Email support@vytal-wellness.com within 60 days of the delivery date.
  2. Include your order number and the name or email address used at checkout.
  3. Briefly let us know that you would like a refund.

We will confirm your request by email. You do not need to return the product to receive your refund under this guarantee.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval, depending on your bank or card provider. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@vytal-wellness.com within 14 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number, and
  • A clear photo showing the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, email support@vytal-wellness.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already shipped, it will be handled under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee in Section 1 once delivered.

To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable for all customers, the following conditions apply:

  • The 60-day guarantee covers one order per household or customer. Bulk, wholesale, and repeat-claim orders are not eligible.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Site. Products purchased through third-party sellers, online marketplaces, or unauthorized resellers are not covered — please contact the seller you purchased from for their return policy.
  • Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period may be considered at our discretion but are not guaranteed.
