To request a refund under this guarantee:

  • Include your order number and the email or name used at checkout.
  • We will confirm your refund by email. You do not need to return the product.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@vytal-wellness.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. A return is usually not required.
