Vytal Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your Vytal products quickly and safely while keeping you informed every step of the way.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before dispatch.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information where available.


Shipping Within the United Kingdom

  • Estimated delivery time: 6–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, or peak seasonal demand.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours.

  2. Contact the courier directly.

  3. If the issue is unresolved, email support@vytal-wellness.com with your order number. We will investigate promptly.


International Shipping

Currently, Vytal ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available.
